Big Green Zucchini Real Estate & Property Management is a real estate
company located in downtown Monterey, California, at 473 Webster
Street. The company has two lines of business: real estate
sales and fee property management.
The broker is
Don Gruber, a long-time Monterey Peninsula resident. There are
several other staff persons in the company including three real
estate sales persons, and three persons primarily working in
property management. The salespersons are Choung Sherwood, and Sarina Guerra. Judy Anderson runs the front desk,

Terry Wecker oversees office and property management, and Tim

unnamed sections of Monterey County. Of course, we are licensed
to operate in all of the state of California, and can—and
have—effectively represent buyers seeking property anywhere in

represent both buyers and sellers of real property. The broker
and the various salespeople know Monterey County well, and follow

financing, and then the best possible property for your specific

currently manages more than seventy
properties. We offer a full range of services to the owner at a
reasonable rate, aggressively market vacant property, and quickly
take care of problems that arise. We make a special effort to
